This week has been full of changes. Success Realty, an office with about 35 agents has made the move to Keller Williams Realty. It will be a good move. Keller Williams has over 77,000 agents nationwide and is a well known and respected company.
There are lots of real estate companies I could have chosen. Part of the reason I chose Keller Williams is because of the quality of the agents I have met in the past 6 years that are with Keller Williams. The agents I've come across have been true professionals.
The training at Keller Williams Realty is phenomenal. The calendar is full of classes. Online and in class training is available. Even though I'm an experienced agent and hold a Broker Associate's license, there is always more to learn. The real estate industry is constantly changing and it's imperative to keep up with the changes.
There's also group insurance available. For self employed real estate agents, this is a great thing.
It will take some time for me to change all of my blog posts and online marketing to my new company name of Keller Williams, so if you see something with my name and Success Realty, know that's it's still the same person.
