From that day forward, I've been a big believer in getting Chiropractic adjustments from a trusted professional. Dr. Carol Antonino is caring and very skilled. I try to go regularly, just to get back on track. If you're wearing shoes that aren't good for your back, she'll tell you. Flip Flops are one of her pet peeves because they offer no arch support. Carrying one of those fashionable over-sized purses? She'll remind you that it's throwing you off balance and you might need to lighten that load. Holding your phone in the crook of your neck? Stop it. Doing squats with heavy weights at the top of your spine? Stop that too! Dr. Antonino will suggest ways for you to better protect your neck and back.
