They all have great floor plans with attached 2 car garages. Dogwood Homes, a certified professional home builder built this community. In general homes on the left side of the street are basement plans and on the right are on a slab.
Avondale Estates has a charter school coming fall 2010. Check it out at www.themuseumschool.org.
