Jen $13,000 was a lot of money to pay for a house in 1949. That would have been a lot money for a house even 20 years later.
Jen nice hyper-local post about Decatur. Brings a smile to think about someone living in a home they paid 13K for. They have been there for a very long time!
George, you're right 13K was a lot of money! This neighbor told me his story of it and it was really interesting.
Lee and Pamela, Ridgeland Park is a stable neighborhood and has quite a few people who have been here 30+ years. It's a great mix of younger families, working professionals, empty nesters and retirees.
Thanks for coming by!
