Bill has been my personal insurance agent since 1997. I've had condo insurance, homeowner's insurance on lots of places, auto insurance, landlord policies and umbrella insurance with him. He also does financial planning and life insurance.
Why did I choose Bill Kelly at Allstate for my insuranc
e? Well, it started because I received a postcard in the mail and it was something I needed at the time. Why have I stayed with him these past 12 years? Integrity and customer service are the first things that come to mind. The Allstate premiums are competitive too.
When I have a question about one of our policies I can call and either he or Mike Rodgers always answers the phone. Mike works with Bill and has over 22 years experience in the industry. A couple of years ago, Bill called to let me know that if I changed my auto policy to a new one that was better coverage I could actually save a few hundred dollars a year. How many times do you get a call like that?
I have referred many of my home buyers for their insurance needs to Bill Kelly at Allstate and they are always pleased with the service they receive.

Jen, that is one thing that I have not done is to partner up with an Insurance Agent. I could send him or her a lot of business, and it would be a good service to my borrowers.
George, I have a team of quality professionals in lots of different fields that I know and trust. I've got them programmed in my phone because friends and clients are always asking me who I recommend for something. The only challenge is when someone moves away, like my heating and air guy. I sold his house and he moved out of state. Too bad your HVAC people aren't closer to Atlanta. :)
