I'm looking for a home in the Emory area and this subdivision sounds like a good fit. However, was wondering if anyone knows what the past sales history looks like for homes in this subdivision. Also, are there any similar subdivisions in the area? Finally, given the current market conditions what would be a fair valuation of the home that's for sale in this subdivision.

Hi Jeff, Homes don't go on the market too often in Logan's Knoll. There is one currently on the market for $1,339,000. It has lots of extras. Per the listing agent, there is no sign up. It's a fabulous home with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. In May of 2009 one sold for $950K. The last one before that was in March of 2007 for $1,112,000.
