Jen,

Thanks for sharing info about these areas of Georgia.  I'll keep in mind if I have any clients moving to that area from Maryland.

Quite stunning, love the garage doors, they look like carriage doors.  I believe I drove through there when going to Stone Mountain.

I wonder who Brickell was.  There is a great area being developed in Miami, called Brickell.

Thanks Barbara, I appreciate it.

Thanks Monika, Many of the builders in our area are doing the carriage style garage doors. I love it too. It adds so much to a home. The Northlake area is not too far from Stone Mountain, all on the northeast side of Atlanta.

Jane, I don't know who Brickell is either, but I have heard of the one in Miami too.

Jane, You're awesome! I met the architect and developer for Brickell in Atlanta several years ago. I don't think he's connected to the one in Miami, but I could be wrong. :) Thanks for the info!

Hi Jen, I love your approach in telling a stroy versus only showing a new listing. That is excellent and differentiates you!

Thanks Barbara! I just figure if someone is looking to buy a home they probably want to know more about it than what they can find on MLS.

Nice review of a lovely subdivision, I like your conversational writing style. Good luck in matching home buyers and home sellers.

Have no enough money to buy some real estate? Do not worry, because this is possible to take the business loans to resolve such problems. So get a consolidation loan to buy everything you require.
