got to love those large sprawling yards and beautiful old trees. Something that city folks can't even imagine having on their properties. Maybe all the city people will wise up and move out to the quieter towns soon.
Robert, Funny thing is that this house is less than 15 miles to downtown Atlanta. GA. The home was built in 1960 when homes were built with a little more room between them. It does have some beautiful trees. Thanks for your comments.
Nice house on a great lot with spectacular trees! What a bargain! You might be able to find a lot for $80K in Austin. Since Atlanta is so affordable I bet your market is still moving. Kudos!
Thanks Betina. The great thing about metro Atlanta is that there are homes in all price ranges. The first time buyer market is definitely moving.
Wow - that is some price! Sounds like great values in Decatur. Hope it moves fast for you.
Wow 80k for a single family home! You would have 50 offers on that here:)
Good Morning Jen,
What an unbelievable price on the brick ranch. This would be gone before you got the sign in the ground if it were here. LOL
Connie Lou
Thanks Alexsandra, Bill and Connie! It really is a great house and priced to sell.
Jen is that a mistake on the price ...... $80,000. You would not be able to find a house like that for the price around here. I can't see it being on the market very long.
Hi George, Nope, it's no mistake. I hope it moves quickly too. It's hard to find a house this good for a price like that.
80K amazing Jen! and it looks like a cutie. What a great buy and with incentives? Your phone must be ringing off the hook!
I think I'll retire and move to Georgia with house prices like this.
