One of my listings is in the mix at $489,000. It's an 1895 Victorian Home.
There are 8 homes pending sale which means they are under contract but not yet closed and 2 there are in their contingency due diligence period.

Old Fourth Ward is famous as the birthplace of Dr. Martin Luther King. Old Fourth Ward is also home to the Atlanta Medical Center . It's off of Ponce de Leon Ave between Virginia Highlands and Midtown. See the map of Old Fourth Ward. You can also get there by taking Freedom Parkway to Boulevard. Right now if you drive down Boulevard you will see some great homes all decked out for Halloween.

Jen I love Victorian homes - they have lots of nooks and crannies that provide interest Karen
Karen, They are interesting. The one I have listed has a small closet under the stairs that used to be used for dropping rent payments and holding keys for all of the rooms in the house when it was used as a boarding house many years ago.
