Terrific Thursdays are back in Decatur, GA! From now through December 17, be sure to check out Decatur for holiday shopping and special events. On Thursdays you'll find good deals at Decatur's hottest shops, galleries and restaurants. Park once and take Decatur's Pedicabs for free around town. Participating businesses will stay open late, offering beverages, snacks and special offers. In December you'll see Santa visiting shops and restaurants within the city limits.
My friends and I make Terrific Thursdays our weekly get together. Each week, we "tackle" a different part of Downtown Decatur for shopping. After the stores close, usually by 9 p.m. we'll stop at one of the great bars and restaurants in Decatur like Parkers on Ponce, Leon's, the Brick Store Pub or the Chocolate Bar. It's a great excuse to get together, socialize and support our local Decatur businesses. I hope to see you there!

Hi George, the pedicabs are a new thing. I saw it a couple of weeks ago. One of the things I love about Decatur is just getting out and walking. I'm sure I'll be trying out the pedicab though. It seems like fun.
Thursday sounds like it could have the advantage of lining up stuff to show a husband on Saturday :)
