Hardiplank is a concrete composite board which is impervious to water and termite damage. Each townhome has a guest bedroom on the main level with a full bath. Construction at Clarion Downs began in 2007 and is in a closeout phase now.

To get to Clarion Downs: Take I-285 to Hwy. 78 East (Stone Mountain Freeway). Take Exit #4 (Mountain Industrial Blvd) and turn Right. Proceed approximately 1 mile and Clarion Downs is on the right.
