Jen, often the absence of appliances is a little surprise the listing agent doesn't mention in their marketing. Looks like it will make a nice home for someone.
Hi Richard, I'm not a big fan of surprises like that. If my buyer is at a certain price point and then will need to add additional money they weren't expecting, it's a waste of everyone's time. I've gone into lots of foreclosures where I think the listing agent could have said up front, it's missing "such and such." In this case, I can let people know in advance. It just makes sense to me. By the way, I think it will make a nice home for someone too.
