Free Concert and Fireworks in Smyrna -  Smyrna GA is celebrating it's birthday on the Village Green with a free concert as part of the Summer Series and fireworks.  Come on out on Saturday August 6th, 2011.  The fun begins at 6 p.m. and I don't really want to say the fun ends at 10 p.m. but the event ends then.

Brandon Perry Band opens the show with Banks & Shane  to follow.

The city of Smyrna was incorporated in 1872, which makes this Smyrna's 129th birthday.   Celebrate the birth of Smyrna with music, festival foods, festivities and a huge birthday cake by McEntyre's Bakery.
